Relocated to Alberta: Christmas 1988.
Married: for 26 + years. Mother to 3 sons. Grandma to 3 grandsons & 1 granddaughter!
Pets: 2 large “lap dogs.
Hobbies/Interests: Reading, puzzles, fishing, sports, various music, gardening, family and friends, people in general, cooking, playing cards, volunteer/charity work with Alzheimer’s Society.
Travel: Had small taste with trip to Alaska. Would love to someday travel extensively!!
Real estate career… is something I’ve often wondered about; it’s 3 years old and growing (hopefully!).
Although new to the Barrhead area, I’m not new to real estate. Previously with a larger company, closer to Edmonton, I gained knowledge and experience in a fast paced setting.
Having moved MANY times myself, both locally and across the country, I feel I can strongly relate to what individuals and families are going through. Moving is stressful for the entire family; I hope to alleviate as much of the stress as possible.
Each year, as members of the Edmonton Real Estate Board, realtors are required to upgrade their skills by attending and completing mandatory courses. I have successfully completed these as well as others I feel will enhance my career. I look forward to future opportunities to upgrade myself to better equip myself in this industry (which is seeing many changes), to serve my clients well with their real estate transactions. My experience has been primarily with residential properties
I have been told by my clients they’ve been quite satisfied with my ability to take them through their sale and/or purchase competently, enabling them to understand the process throughout, all while even managing to have some fun in the process!
It is my sincere hope to serve my new community and my new brokerage well, for a long time to come.
